Veronica Franco is a lover of movement and performance. She fell in love with dance and
theater at an early age, creating her first ever group choreography in the fifth grade and she
hasn’t stopped dancing. Veronica attended The Evergreen State College where she focused on
performance and psychology. She participated in dance intensives, and theater classes resulting
in her performance as Lady Corinthia in Press Cuttings in 2017. While in Olympia, WA she was
introduced to the circus arts and attended her first ever aerial silks class. From 2017 to present
Veronica has trained and performed aerial silks, trapeze (dance and static), and lyra. A year
later in October of 2018 she stepped onto the burlesque stage performing for the first time,
Veronica has performed both aerial and burlesque throughout the Pacific Northwest, attended
Seattle’s BurlyCon, and participated in a group burlesque act with PNW performer and teacher
Valerie Veils. She has combined her love of burlesque and aerial in her Red-Light Routine on the
silks and spent the summer of 2021 in residency with Master Teacher Kerri Kresinski. While
attending Kerri’s three-month aerial residency, Veronica focused on her main apparatus, silks,
and honed her flexibility, act creation, and choreography. She also collaborated with a fellow
resident choreographing, directing, and filming a routine to Chicago, Cell Block Tango. Currently
Veronica is taking acting classes, continuing her development within dance and aerial,
performing and is in apprenticeship with Candescent Talent where she is learning stilt walking,
fire dancing, eating, and lollipop lyra and diamond.
